ATL is the kind of place that gives you the same amount of effort that you put in. If you work hard, you'll grow quickly. There's plenty of room for growth and experience. There are several service areas to choose from depending on your interests. Work with great people on some really interesting projects. Make it through the first year, and you can easily spend a career (full of growth) at ATL. I am leaving after 2.5 years to pursue a different opportunity and have nothing but gratitude for ATL and the many people that made my time there so enjoyable. Company trucks. quarterly gifts. merit bonuses. fair pay. small business feel.

Cons

Long days and travel throughout NYS. Busy summers.

Work environment, long hours, schedule can he 5 am start one day, 9 am start the next.

Good starting company. Learn a lot about construction.

Cons

Everything has to billable. Winter season is low so they make you use your vacation. Summer you are overworked. An employee does not stay long in the company because the pay and working hours are not ideal. It's good if you are young.
