      Pros

      Lovely offices, lovely canteen. Amazing colleagues who were always willing to help and share laughs with, A very good company to work for as they will treat you like family.

      Cons

      Mental health. I feel like there is a lot of emails and marketing going around about mental health but when something is happening and you need help is a whole different story. I am guessing most companies are like that but still, if you promote sometimes heavily over campaigns and emails, then act accordingly when those type of situations occur.

      Corporate style of working, very good work environment and people, really good policies.

      Cons

      Management too slow. Simple processes take ages.
