      Excellent company to work for as I learned a ton that really helped me to be able to round my skill sets

      Very stress related company based mainly on their main market of automotive assembly where stress is very high.

      Excellent benefits; often rated among the top 3 in the Charlotte, NC area. Good work environment. As a whole, the company does care about its people.

      As with many companies these days, in order to succeed, a significant amount of time and effort must be placed on you career. This can easily lead to a poor work/life balance.
