      a) Every role has a process and the company is driven by Robust Processes. b) Learning opportunity at every level c) The organisation is truely Transparent d) Equal opportunity employer e) The zeal to be number one company and every thing is done to be number one. f) Long term goals are never sacrificed for short term gains

      a) Every implementation takes a long time due to lot of consultation. b) Creative ideas have to tread a longer path to get recognized. c) Too much focus on cost centers and cost allocations.
