      This company gives you ample oppertunities to learn and elplore your capabilities. It gives you freedom to work in your style. It is one of those companies, where one would like to work for a longer period.

      Cons

      It only hires people from core engineering back ground.

      Pros

      good work/life balance 3 weeks vacation in first year and a personal holiday good benefits global company with lots of opportunities to move around 80% of managers recruited from within

      Cons

      low to average pay small (1-3%) across the board yearly raises small bonuses if given at all lots of "older" been there forever employees who fear change
