Cons

Not much research and developement in core area, all the main element and technology is created and made in europe and germany. No automatic promotions and growth, You have to apply for it everytime.

Cons

All of the cons I can think of are only nit picking personal ideas that aren't worth complaining about. Poor ventilation in the bathroom.
