Good place to start but then move on

Pros

Good place to start. Small and fast. You get noticed quickly. The people are very nice to work with. The company is growing and moving in the right direction. Recession hasn't affected it yet since it deals with the healthcare section

Cons

Too much work and very few resources. The amount of work assigned to each individual is more than he/she can handle. Also it is not a relaxed place to work. Lot of panic and chaos. There are no breaks at atlas. After finishing one project next day you are assgined to another one
