Pros

An innovative company with a lot to bring to the table. The leadership are long time experts who understand the ins and outs of the industry. Colleagues are committed to the company mission. The hours are what you would expect from an outpatient center. Please know what you’re getting into before applying. The healthcare industry is no joke. No matter where you work the hours tend to be long and arduous. Overall a great experience.

Pros

I don’t like seeing reviews that talk about how unqualified or unprofessional the administration is. I’m not sure what unit of measurement you’re using to make this determination, but you’re dead wrong! These people are probably making comparisons to larger, more established businesses which doesn’t make any sense. If that’s what you want go work for a bigger company! Otherwise, stick with the small guys for now and learn to grow with the company or get out of the way!

Cons

Working with the negative Nancies who have ridiculous expectations.

They’ll treat you like part of the family from the very beginning

Pros

Started just a few months ago but I already feel like a member of the family. The staff are compassionate, enthusiastic about providing care for patients in need, and are always ready to help one another out. We’re still in start up mode so things can get a little hectic sometimes, but we make do with what we got. If nothing else, we’re headed in the right direction.

Cons

They could do better with organizing shifts to clear up any confusion.
