      Almost none.It s a solution to be in a job and not unemployed until you find something really fits you.

      Pros

      Great regional office and clients with a friendly, welcoming, non-toxic work environment

      Cons

      There is gap between in office administrative functions. Simple things such as healthcare, payroll, 401k, and IT issues and assistance requires to reach for assistance outside of the office and get in contact with other national branches for assistance which can be frustrating.
