      Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      If you are one of the President's "special children," you will be given promotions & raises and not have to work very hard or competently.

      Cons

      Unrealistic commission plan. Mostly VMS accounts. Strong employees taken for granted. And NEVER ask the President if the company will let out early on the eve of a holiday weekend. She gets very upset by that.
