Pros

It was my pleasure to represent Atlas as a Program Management Consultant with a global pharmaceutical client for nearly 5 years. During that time, my peer Atlas consultants and support staff were always professional, dedicated, supportive, and very friendly. Although so many team members were remotely located, Atlas account reps did their best to foster collaboration, recognize individual accomplishments, and coordinate team celebrations throughout the year. The company always provided me with high touch support and ongoing education opportunities using monthly information exchange meetings that drew on the expertise and experiences of their many highly skilled associates and clients. I would highly recommend Atlas to anyone who has the qualifications and desire for interesting consulting assignments with premier clients and is seeking a highly reputable firm to represent.

Cons

Honestly, none; they were always responsive to any questions or concerns.

NEVER WORK HERE AS AN EMPLOYEE

Pros

It's a job. That's it.

Cons

This company is a bunch of cronies who are making bank from not giving their employees jack. There are horrific "benefits" if you can even call them that. They pay you as little as possible while making a ton of money off of your work. They don't offer bonuses, raises or a 401K match. Honestly don't consider working here even if you are desperate. They will suck the life out of you. They will watch your every move and reprimand you if you do one thing that they don't like. However, you might be one of the lucky ones that they allow to work from home if you happen to get the favoritism that some get here. But if you don't, they will breathe down your neck and suffocate you. The management does not give two craps about you. They only see you as a money generating robot.

Pros

Decent pay, could be worse (if you start at B level ($17 an hour), they'll try and start you at $12 though).

Cons

Everyone from Atlas is great, but the client where you'll be working at, Merck, is terrible. Has poor management. Morale is non-existent. Manager sees workers as drones, easily replaceable. People leave in droves. Every move is micromanaged. Don't stop your job search just because you got this job, you'll want to move on to the next job quickly.
