      To work for this company. You need to be physically , emotionally in a good status. In order to perform your duties as a company employee.

      Cons

      You have to prepared to work and leave in a harsh and exposed to hot and cold climate. Some times the employees are required to leave and work in hazardous conditions and. be ready and available 24/7 in the time of needs to support.

      Pros

      Atlas for one is a Company that puts their employees first. I started working as a Contractor over 3 years ago when my Full Time job was cutting positions to move operations to a state where they were getting tax relief. I was treated like a number. Atlas contacted me and it has been a success story ever since. They are willing to listen to your needs. Your ideas are always welcome. The environment is always Positive. Great Team Comradery!

      Pros

      I have been consulting with Atlas for few years and they have been a great bunch of folks to work with. They work with Fortune 100 / 500 companies and have always managed to find me good projects to work on. My current project allows for a lot of flexibility (remote working) which is a blessing from a work life balance standpoint. I find the client partners to be engaging and very supportive. - Engaging team - Excellent clients and projects - Work / Life Balance

      Cons

      They need to work harder to engage and develop good quality consultants, especially since many of the projects are global, complex and cross-functional in nature.
