      Thank you for your feedback. It is encouraging to receive such positive sentiment about our company culture. This is an area that we constantly work very hard to improve. With regard to the air conditioning, we do not control the temperature in the building. We informed building management immediately and they did find a problem with the system so thank you for bringing this to our attention.
