      A consulting firm with lots of great opportunities

      Pros

      I have been consulting with Atlas for few years and they have been a great bunch of folks to work with. They work with Fortune 100 / 500 companies and have always managed to find me good projects to work on. My current project allows for a lot of flexibility (remote working) which is a blessing from a work life balance standpoint. I find the client partners to be engaging and very supportive. - Engaging team - Excellent clients and projects - Work / Life Balance

      Cons

      They need to work harder to engage and develop good quality consultants, especially since many of the projects are global, complex and cross-functional in nature.

      Pros

      The interview process and placement were handled well and I was placed in a position very quickly.

      Cons

      The job was a bit different than what was discussed with the recruiter. Once I started the job, I never again heard from my recruiter. None of my calls or emails were returned. Work conditions were horrible in the department I worked in and Atlas did nothing about it. 99% of the ~40 contractors were unhappy working for Atlas.

      Really no pros here. Nothing to say here.

      Cons

      Atlas Data is not a real consulting firm. More like a glorified temp agency. Wait until you see their corporate office. The office was dirty. Not a professional organization. No methodology or structure regarding how they manage their engagements.
