Benefits are decent, people outside of management are all hard workers

Cons

No consideration of personal growth, no actual leadership, VPs are not forward thinking intellectuals, were stuck in the old days and that is why nothing got done. Discrimination on many levels, some of which were very blatant No strategy or strategic planning Too many family relations or next of kin getting jobs that they didn't deserve

Communication was very poor to non existent Decisions were made in Atlanta that were wrong because top management did not spend enough time in the field talking to customers to get there input
