Decent pay and benefits are great

Cons

Management lacks of giving raises(always making excuses. Everyone trying to be a boss. Favoritism is a big play at this company. Seen hard working people with great attendance get let go while lazy with poor attendance people got to stay. Not worth the headache and mental state to work here. Weak and improper training. Just know if you work here, and they send you to clean all day, you're more likely gonna get let go.
