      None for me but the hourly plant employees work A LOT of hours to meet production demands.

      Decent pay and benefits. They have a good break room for salaried personnel.

      Cons

      As a salaried employee you are expected to be on call 24/7. If you do not make yourself available you will be written up. There is potential to be forced into working up to and possibly over 24 hrs.
