      Pros

      Company culture, Visibility, great earnings potential, best of talents with best product & services in the market, sales leadership, opportunity to growth, open door policy, people - always willing to help! I've been with Atlas for almost a year and have been impressed with my experience so far. As a growing organization they're constantly working on various ways to improve/motivate their employees. Activities, Fun @ work..

      Nothing as such! Spent close to 1 years here and couldn't find much to talk on cons aspect.

      Pros

      Very welcoming and great at encouraging group involvement. Always courteous of family emergencies and sudden complications

      Cons

      Job is often repetitive and demanding. Employees are expected to teach themselves the majority of the job duties. Not much room for growth at this company
