      They work with you on things.

      Merit increases don't happen. More and more responsibility but only received an annual increase which wasn't very much based on the work I was doing

      Benefits Tuition reimbursement in the form of contributing monthly to paying off your student loans. Good health care insurance Good dental insurance (covers fluoride). Other companies' insurances usually don't cover fluoride.
