      Salary in AU and remote work, that's all

      Cons

      Toxic environment everywhere, no leadership at all, no project directions at all, no friendly coworkers, just APEX and fitting curves and finding people to blame. The culture is shockingly disgraceful, never seen it like that elsewhere.
