Comparisons are made with other high-performing individuals, despite leadership guidance that such comparisons should not be done openly or informally. - Managers are here to create competition between team members not for building healthy team or team bonding - After receiving unfavorable ratings in team insight or pulse surveys, managers sometimes react defensively. Instead of reflecting on the feedback and addressing underlying issues, they approach individuals directly, questioning why specific feedback was given.
