Remote is good. Pay is good in AU, but not in US.

Cons

No clear direction with ever changing company level goals with lots of nonsense terms thrown.

Pros

1. Salary is pretty good, comparable to most big tech (but there is a reason for that, see Cons #1). 2. Project can be interesting based on what team you land up in. 3. 100% Remote (for now).

Cons

1. Hunger games with PIP factory every 6 months APEX reviews. 2. Engineering culture is a mess with moral is super low. 3. Developers don't want to help peers as it's in free for all. 4. Super long hours with cross-geo collab with India and Australia. 5. P60 is the worst level, as you are expected to pull out a rabbit out of your...you know, every quarter
