      Pros

      You can do your best job here solving amazing problems that will help millions of people around the world to be more productive. And you'll be doing that alongside great colleagues that are super-smart, engaged and passionate.

      Cons

      We still have lots of sweets around in the office (lot less than in the past), it's hard for people with low level of will power to stay away from all those chocolates ;-)

      Pros

      Challenging and rewarding work, great pay and benefits, truly diverse and world-wide culture, positive attitudes, clear vision and leadership - you get all this and more with Atlassian. I've worked with some great companies in the past and can easily say that Atlassian is right there at the top.

      Cons

      Working with distributed teams can be a scheduling challenge, you'll have to be a bit flexible at times, but the benefits of that distribution far out weigh the occasional hassle.

      Disorganized at some levels, processes still being formulated as company expands rapidly both in terms of employees and customers.
