Once you've met a few Atlassians, you know who they are. * The people who work here have amazing skills, you'll learn new things all the time and have fun doing it. * There are always enough challenges and ideas. You will never run out of interesting stuff to do. * The company is growing by leaps and bounds, you learn to operate on a bigger and bigger scale and to think bigger and bigger. * It's really hard to find something else to do that measures up to Atlassian once you've worked here.
Cons
* You will daily have to work to protect your time and maintain a work life balance. * There are always a hundred more things to do than you have time for, and you must learn to focus to survive here.
