      Some people in the company are amazing to work with but they are slowly leaving

      Cons

      Bad WLB Suprises in performance assessment Apex, PIP culture run by people less competent than Meta/Amazon Visionless and inhumane leadership, it's a circus Aggressive timelines and any push for more time is rejected The meta CTO thinks he has increased devjoy and is absolutely dillusional
