Pros

Good pay, Thats all. All the other good things about the company are already dead now.

Cons

I am really sad while writing this review since I was one of the biggest promoters of Atlassian a few years ago. I used to love this company. Work life balance has become 0, It used to be great 4 years ago. Office politics has increased from almost 0 to a 100. Does not matter how impactful your work is, unless you do boot licking there is no point. I saw within my own team people getting EE despite of not delivering any major project in the entire half and people who delivered a major project within timeline and with 0 HOTs and escalation for ME or MM. The motivation to work has come down to 0. The senseless layoffs of 1600 workforce which costed company 250 million USD and 0 impact on stock price was the last nail in the coffin. Many of the highly motivated and high performing tenured people were laid off and the remaining ones will leave soon.

Pros

Compensation is still not bad.

Cons

Everything else is terrible. Leadership does not listen to employee pains and concerns. Individualism and self-serving behavior is the only way to try to stay safe.
