      - Great talented co-workers - Employees truely live the values

      Cons

      - Culture has taken a hit with performance reviews and layoffs - Work life has definitely changed over the years. High performance is required. - Constant org structure changes every 3-6 months make it hard for people to have a sense of adding value and goals or get promoted.

      The benefits are good Old Atlassian’s are good to work with, they are people filled with a lot of empathy and are helpful. You might want to work with them to learn how the organisation achieved all these success.

      Cons

      The new leaders and teams they have hired (in last 4 years ) bring in a lot of toxic culture. Every one is in a rat race to get visibility and forgets real skill. The organisation should still keep the people first thought to get maximum out of your people
