We’ve heard there can be some aspects of our culture that make it difficult for introverts and this is something we’re working to be more thoughtful about as our culture evolves. As a company, we’re dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone, and that means creating the culture and environments where introverts can thrive. Some of the things that we’ve implemented to move the needle forward on this are prioritizing the building of “quiet spaces” within our global offices, incorporating direct guidance for managers on introvert-friendly meeting practices (sending out meeting agendas in advance, etc.), and integrating more intentional ways that folks are rewarded for their contributions to teams that can show up in a variety of ways. ~Atlassian People team
