Salary and bonus still pretty high but falling due to lower share price

Cons

No coherent business direction. Too much investment in AI despite not having any good product or idea how to make it succeed. Purchasing other unprofitable businesses for too much money and seemingly no business benefit. Employee moral is at all time low with company policies introduced to increase attrition rate, falling share price, and large layoffs.
