Consistent salary pay every two weeks.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions lead to circular loop of the wrong people getting hired because the wrong people were given power to decide who to hire and put into positions. Managers invariably not accustomed to leading and encouraging their employees and teams. It's always less people to do the same work or more. Bad decisions made without input from lower level staff.

There is no real internal career progression, to move on within the organisation you have to do the job you want promotion too, just to prove you can do the job and then you have to apply for the job and then you have to attend several boards presenting and proving you can do the job........
