Pros

It's not as bad as other big consultancy firms like Accenture, Everis, and the like. however, depending on the area where you work you can have luck and have great managers which value employees and don't let you make overtime. But in other areas unpaid overtime is expected.

Cons

The pay less than other consultant firms, freezing salaries for years. The upper management is really bad. They have people with great experience unassigned because they prefer younger inexperienced people with costs they less. In the end, the projects have to be ended by huge amounts of unpaid overtime.

Anonymous, large, hands-off type of environment. Easy to slip off the radar.

Cons

No career growth. No company culture or philosophy. Some very uneducated people running the operation.

changing strategy according to the customer demand, best learning centre and work place. Many customer so job can be transferable some time as shifting project. you explore your telent in other field also no need to stick in single way.

Cons

Somewhere it depends on UK market ups and down so sometimes things seems very unhealthy to the indian market, as some strategy are based on their root place of the company.
