      The pro for this one is not working there.

      Cons

      There is no growth, opportunity and raises available for everyone. If you are at the bottom, you will stay at the bottom. Everyone is all about themselves.

      The company allows many employees to work remotely, although there is a new back to the office initiative. They are trying hard to offer employees more opportunities internally.

      Cons

      Annual merit increases are often not given at all or are very small. Staff is generally very over worked.

      Easy advancement because of the high turnover. Most of staff is replaced every year.
