Good transport arrangements Good food options in canteen and tapri Sports activities available for employees

No matter in which technology you are trained in, you will be put into Testing and you have no other option to reject it Not a very employee friendly company Very weak HR policies, if you reach out to HR to discuss any of your concern, your higher management will look you down Very very less hikes, in two years, i got only Rs. 1000 increment in hand. Makes me feel that i have been working on same salary for past two years Favoritism Inner politics
