Pros
great facility, smart people, great mission, some fun projects
Cons
too much work to do without enough resources. Our group doesn't get enough resources, and we looks like we don't know what we're doing due to the overload. Some know it all managers really ruin it for the whole team and organization. So many meetings that turn into one person talking and correcting everyone. So much time in meetings that we have to do work on the weekends. We hire outside people for new jobs that we don't even get to apply to. There isn't anywhere to go from our current roles.
