Good people mostly, Good benefits, Lots of overtime if that what you are looking for, Decent pay.

Cons

Too much OT and not enough notice, Snobby supervisors that gives two craps about their teams, too much favoritism, No acknowledgment for the hard workers, BAD COMMUNICATION, Supervisors act like they are dealing with their kids and not adults.
