- Great company culture - Company is growing at a very fast rate - Very innovative technology - Great training platform - Work/Life balance isn’t bad - Opportunities to move up

Cons

- Interview process is lengthy. Not really a negative per-say but it is structured like that for a reason. They want to find the best fit for the team as well as for the job duties. AtriCure gets business done as a team, not as a lone wolfs.

Consistent work. Good benefits, insurance etc.

Cons

Was not told during interview there would potentially be Mandatory Saturday work, potentially mandatory extra hours during M-F. 10-12 hour shifts at random. Schedule flexibility a big question.
