Pros

Competitive on Pay and benefits. Absolutely phenomenal people. Like a family. They know that good people are the key to success, solicit feedback from employees and try to do the right things for the right reasons.

Cons

Heavy workload but rewarding work. Can work from home when necessary. Located way out in the suburbs north of Cincinnati.

Health Insurance is expensive. Management cares more about what they look like to Sr management than building a team with them.
