Pros

Decent wage with a low but set raise schedule, and hybrid work options

Cons

General Downsizing. Lack of advancement opportunity / vertical mobility. Corporate environment that protects its interests first. HR actively seeking and reprimanding employees for rules nobody knew about. Rigid attendance policies. Management that barely understands the policies themselves, and have broken federal law in telling me not to discuss wage with coworkers. Also lead by republicans if that makes a difference for you.
