Understaffed with little training

Pros

The residents and staff were nice. The pay was okay.

Cons

They had me doing several jobs, Waitressing, meal prep, bussing tables, dishwashing, and housekeeping because they were so understaffed. They threw me into waitressing by myself on my second day of training without any help after only shadowing for one single meal service. I was expected to start cleaning a whole floor by myself after only one week of training for my first ever job.

Workers get along well with each other and residents are a delight to be with.

Cons

Management acts like I need to sell my soul to the workplace. All work no life.
