Pros

Residents! Helping people who are unable to help themselves is the reason why most of the good staff chose to work in this industry.

Cons

Management bullies staff. Forced overtime, unsafe working conditions. Constantly cutting costs to save money and constantly moving in residents regardless of whether or not they are an appropriate fit for assisted living.
