      Pros

      Compensation in my department is not bad, but could always be better. PTO is great. Wellness incentives with insurance.

      Cons

      Management has no clinical experience. Loyalty and longevity are rewarded over hard work - only 2% annual raise no matter how productive and efficient you are. Things move very slowly here - changes are slow. Lots of employees have become complacent and have lost their energy. However, their longevity is financially rewarded. Health insurance is awful! Will only have HSA option in 2016 :(

      Pros

      Good co-workers, friendly work environment, honest, cutting edge. Had worked here for 30 years since I could not beat the benefits.. but next year that changes.

      Cons

      USED to have excellent benefits, next year extremely poor health insurance coverage. If you are young and healthy an OK option but starting next year 2016 CHS will join the culture of death. If you are not well, then you will need to chose death as you will not be able to afford to be sick and seek treatment, unless of course you are top management.
