      Pros

      After 25 years here, I can say this hospital system is a great place to work and I'm lucky to have had such a wonderful experience! I have worked in 5 different departments (by choice) and learned so much. Some managers have been better than others, but you have that in every company. I have worked with some really smart, caring physicians and nurses who really put patient care first.

      Cons

      Our insurance plan is changing next year and will be much more expensive - seems ironic that employees of a health care system don't have a good, affordable health insurance plan!
