Cons
Worked in this organization for over 9 years, hourly pay rate less than nine dollars. The only real perks you have are your healthcare insurance, if you can afford it. Good thing I have a spouse and a supportive family or I might be living under a bridge! Management likes to tell you how "excellent" your work is, but only if they need you to do "MORE WORK" while they are steady cutting your hours. I guess they think hourly employees are too stupid to see what's going on!
