      A healthcare company that is growing rapidly, even in tough times.

      Pros

      The growth of the company provide professional growth opportunities for employees. And, job security is much better than in other companies and industries.

      Cons

      Salaries are not going to be as high for the same role or function as in other industries. We have several large banks in the area and the salaries are significantly higher for the same job.

      Pros

      A good place to work if you are dedicated to your family, they work with you when you have little family issues pop up from time to time. Very flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Busy schedule, lot's of concurrent projects. They have an aggressive project roll out and at times things can get busier than preferred.
