merged with Advocate health and harmonization between the systems has resulted in loss of several benefits from Atrium's old model including yearly bonuses, reimbursing license cost, job titles.

The opportunity to change a patient’s life for the better. Coworkers are great

Cons

Management views you as a productivity robot and has told me that patient outcomes don’t matter. No compassion for your life circumstances- if you have a complicated birth, if your kids get sick, if a family member dies- missing a day of work for any unexpected reason means a ding on the attendance policy. Very little opportunity for promotion.
