Pros

Job stability and benefits are decent compared to other places, but if you want to advance, you might need to stay quiet for a while and avoid rocking the boat.

Cons

The culture here tends to stifle individuality, encouraging leaders who simply follow orders instead of fostering innovation. If you expect to utilize your skills and contribute your ideas to benefit your team, you may be disappointed; management often prioritizes keeping employees stagnant over promoting growth. Many departments are characterized by propaganda, broken promises, and a toxic environment. Leadership appears to be more focused on profits than on supporting and developing people. HR is completely useless.
