Pros

Believes in remote work Difficult to name other pros

Cons

Recent merger has changed culture; losing southern hospitality feel, extreme staffing shortages with little approval to hire. Continued stress & job security concern with on going M&A work and restructuring. Very stressful times.

Trust No One

Pros

Very untrustworthy, lazy people in the lab. Management is lacking courage and conviction. No one wants to work there. There was a nurse with a wig that looked like a dog was sitting on her head.

Cons

All of them are cons. Very back woods.

Pros

Patient safety is put first. There is a lot of focus being put on safety. In general cross teams work well together. There are opportunities for growth if you seek them out.

Cons

Focus on productivity, it's crept into healthcare and feels like financials mean more than patient care at times. Do more, with less...outdated equipment that can't and wont be updated. Understaffed. They are more focused on merging and becoming a large corporation now.
