Pros

slow-paced at small facilities, can be stressful at times but easy for the most part.

Cons

Micro-management, nursing staff will criticize you any chance they get, not appreciated, and constantly disrespected by patients and visitors.

Pros

Great presence in the medical community (everyone knows who they are), widespread with locations all over NC/SC/GA so relocation is easier

Cons

Pay is not great, they seem to be behind the industry when it comes to paying a living wage for experienced Pharmacy Technicians

Pros

Pay, Time off and benefits.

Cons

Culture has taken a dive and is nearly non-existent. Nurses and Doctors are valued and have the final say in everything business related. People with management experience are not hired and management training isn't valued. The issues within the system have progressively gotten worse and solutions aren't implemented.
