- Very entrepreneurial company - Enthusiastic and energetic people - Managers give employees space to work independently - Possibility to work from home

- Unrealistic targets, sensibly affecting salary - Many things are not organized - Managers are not always communicating things properly - Long working hours and a lot of international travel
