Pros

You get to work with great people and teams.

Cons

Unfortunately, the division operates with a "startup" mentality, but the company is not a startup. Everyone's expected to wear too many hats and the salaries are not competitive compared to the market.

Pros

- Bagel Day (free bagels) - coworkers are cool for the most part - decent place to gain quick experience for the next part of career

Cons

- managers are clique-y (easier time if you're in the in crowd) - one division president doesn't believe in annual reviews - no annual reviews unless you beg (50% even when you do) - no career mobility - low compensation, a lot of lip service
